Ordering Ives Products

Shipping

  • Order by 2:00 PM CST and your order will ship same day
  • You may select the shipping method you require (Next Day, 2nd Day, etc.)
  • Our warehouses typically use UPS as their primary carrier. If you need another carrier order before noon to allow time to arrange a pickup.

Inventory

  • We ship from 6 warehouse across the US
  • Large orders may need to ship from multiple warehouses
  • Feel free to call and we'll check real time inventory for you

Returns

  • Unopened products may be returned within 60 days of shipping
  • Opened or installed items cannot be returned
  • Call to obtain a return number and shipping tag

Factory Orders

  • We can order from Ives for you and have the factory drop ship to your location
  • At one time Factory orders shipped within 10 working days, but now that has ballooned out to 4-5 weeks. We cannot push them long any faster so we're stuck with those horribly long lead times now.
  • Factory ordered items cannot be returned
